EYEBROWS

EYELINER
Soft color can be applied as an enhancement or a thicker defined line for a more dramatic effect. Dimension is created by implanting more color to the outer edges and tapering to the center. No more runny, smudgy eyeliner.
LIPS
Size, shape and color can be altered. Correct a crooked lips or just add definition. Lip enhancement helps prevent lipstick from bleeding and minimizes the appearance of wrinkles.
CONSULTATION
Your preferences and ideas will be discussed during a thorough initial consultation. A precise plan is create with conventional make-up before beginning any procedure.
PRE-PROCEDURE CARE & CONSIDERATIONS
- Avoid caffeine prior to procedure. Caffeine is a stimulant.
- An antiviral prescription drug such as Zovarix or Valtrex is recommend if you have a history of cold sores. Start one week prior to lip procedure.
- Check with your physician prior to procedure if you have severe diabetes, hepatitis, or heart problems.
PIGMENT APPLICATION
A custom pigment is mixed to compliment your special coloring. A topical anesthetics is applied to the treatment area. The permanent make-up specialist implants pigment using sterilized disposable needles. Strict saniation and sterilization guidelines are followed. The pigments used are formulated specifically for permanent cosmetic use. The comfort level varies from client to client. Most report the feeling of vibratino and anxiety rather than discomfort. Additional anesthetic is available if desired.
POST-PROCEDURE CARE & CONSIDERATIONS
- Avoid swimming and steamy areas until healed.
- Touch the treated area only with clean hands.
- Limit use of makeup until area has healed.
- Resist picking, scrubbing or scratching the treated area.
- Follow any additional directions from your technician.
The Healing Process
Immediately following the procedure, expect the treated area to appear much darker and more defined than the final result after healing. BE PATIENT. It will look much softer in 5-6 days depending on how fast your skin heals. Most clients will go to work the next day. Tenderness is expected, but slight bruising and irritation may sometimes occur.
Eye Brows
Brows will be tender for 3 days, appear darker for 5-6 days, than dramatically soften up by 50%. Fresh powder may be used to soften the look during the healing process.
Eyeliner
Expect the eyes to be tender for 3 days. You may apply an ice pack if the area is swollen after the procedure.
Lip Color
This area will take longer to heal. The color will be extremely bright for a week, then fade dramatically and reappear after 5-6 weeks.
Follow any additional advice from your technician
Adjust color only after area has healed. A premature touch-up can result in scarring, tenderness and inaccurate color.
